Refunds, Returns & Parts warranty

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled within 24hours of receiving full payment. 


Your satisfaction is our priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:

  • you do not receive them within the guaranteed time (6-8weeks not including 2-5 day processing)
  • you receive the wrong item 

We do not issue the refund if:
  • the order is canceled after 24hours from the Time of payment.
  • your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
  • your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
  • you ordered the wrong item, specs or colour.

 Parts warranty explained 


We only provide parts warranty, wherein any defective part will be sent out to the customer upon receipt of a video showcasing the defect. It's essential to note that this warranty solely covers faults stemming from manufacturing and not from wear and tear or misuse.

Additionally, please be aware that we offer no refunds. For the warranty to remain active, the machine must be serviced and maintained properly. Any modifications or misuse will result in the parts warranty being voided.

Please note that labor, hire costs, and any other associated costs are not covered under your parts warranty and are the customer's responsibility.
