We stand behind the quality of our engineering. Every OCE machine is covered by a comprehensive parts warranty to keep your operations running.
What's Covered
- Manufacturing defects in core structural parts
- Hydraulic components (pumps, valves, cylinders)
- Engine components (internal defects)
- Electrical systems and control units
What's NOT Covered
- Labour costs for diagnostic or replacement work
- Regular wear and tear (teeth, tracks, seals)
- Any secondary losses or business downtime
- Damage from misuse or lack of maintenance
The Warranty Claim Process
Mechanical Report
An independent machine specialist must provide a formal report of the mechanical failure.
Video Evidence
Clear video capture showing the damaged or defective part in situ is required for verification.
Claim Acceptance
Once evidence is reviewed and accepted, we will dispatch the necessary replacement parts.
IMPORTANT: All warranty claims are for defective manufacturing only. Issues resulting from improper fuel, lack of lubrication, or exceeding the machine's rated capacity will be automatically rejected. OCE Sales reserves the right to final judgment on all claims.
